The Legend of the Wife was Real Hard Core
Last Monday Mindy and I went mountain biking with some friends up on Galbraith Mountain here in Bellingham. Mindy had the worst crash I have ever seen and still has the bruising and puffing and redness all over to prove it.
She is recovering and even got back on her bike today. We figured now was as good a time as any to post her first portrait for the blog.

I'm kind of jealous of the black eye. The process of getting a black eye is no fun. But, you have to admit the attention you get after it shows up is fun. You get to tell the story of how it happened over and over and over.
