This family portrait session I held with the DeYoung family was a case of everything falling into place perfectly. Like I have said before, Bellingham photography can be a challenge, and taking photos at a family's home (as opposed to a well-known public place), can be an added challenge because I don't usually know ahead of time what opportunities I will have for backgrounds, lighting/shade, or props. However, with the DeYoungs, everything just seemed to work out.
We took some shots at their Lynden home, and then moved on to a nearby park. We had a great time together, the weather cooperated, and I think it shows in their photos.
