Utah or Bust

At 4:00 tomorrow, Mindy and I will be bound for Utah for our third Spring Break in a row. This year, we are going to check out Zion NP as well as The Escalante National Monument. We will be canyonering in Zion and a couple other places around Utah and hiking through Coyote Gulch with our principal, another teacher at our school, and our friend Mark. We are hoping for sun.

To prepare, Mindy and I went out with Bob last weekend to practice repelling at Larabee State Park.

Blossoms!

Yesterday after I got home, I mowed my lawn and then walked across the street to our neighborhood park and took a few pictures of some of the first blossoms of Spring. I neeed to keep reminding myself of things like this when I wake up in the morning and it's below freezing.
