Ahead of time, I knew Corey would propose outside the Hearthfire Grill here in Bellingham. It was going to be night and so it was going to be dark. I could have used flashes to illuminate the moment, but I resisted because I thought they would be way to distracting and would ruin the moment. So, I grabbed my tripod for the first time in a long time, I turned up the ISO, and I shot away at low shutter speeds.
Corey had this bench/armoire inscribed with his proposal to Amanda so that she would see it when she opened the seat.
