BCS tennis pictures are up from the match yesterday. If you are a parent of a student on tennis team and would like to see/download some pictures of your player in action, shoot me an email and I'll give you access to the gallery.

Fall Sports Are Here!
I love watching my students and former students play sports. I couldn't tell you how many pictures I have taken at soccer, basketball, and tennis matches over the last four years. I haven't ever posted a picture of my students playing sports on this blog because I want to be very careful about protecting them, but trust me, I've captured thousands. The sad part is, most of these images will never see the light of day, or more importantly, be viewed by the parents of these students.
So if you are parent of a BCS student and would like to see or download some images of your child in action, just send me an email and I'll give you access information.

Slow Down
I don't often share videos on my blog, but I thought this one was fascitinating. John Chiara built a pinhole camera so large he can climb into it. It will take him an entire day to create just one image, and I love that. Slowing down makes better photography.

Carrie + Kevin
What a great day this was! The sun was shining (for once), the temerature was perfect, and, well, there was a wedding! This was another wedding second shooting for Michèle M. Waite. The reception was held at The Majestic Inn and Spa in Anacortes. You can see Michèle's version of events here, and you can see what I captured here:

26.2
I am so proud of my wife. This morning Mindy finished her first marathon ever. That is HUGE. Before a few months ago, she had never pictured herself running a marathon. Then she just decided she was going to do it, and she did. Way to go, Mindy. I love you.
My brother, Trevor, captured the shot below. He wanted to make sure credit was given where credit was due.
